The Job Agency Limited t/a Markat

• The Job Agency Limited t/a Markat endeavours to ensure every advertisement is prepared for printing in keeping with industry standards, but makes no guarantee that the colours you see on your computer monitor or your printer will exactly match your finished piece printed via the CMYK process.

• Payment terms are on the 20th of the month following invoicing, unless agreed prior to printing.

• A cancellation fee of 25% may be charged if your booking is cancelled after fourteen (14) days of confirming your advertisement. Your Business Development Manager will be able to provide that information if you are not aware of it.

• By allowing The Job Agency Limited t/a Markat to email you any information, you agree to allow your information onto our database and other information may be emailed/texted through to you from our other companies as part of The Job Agency Limited t/a Markat.

• The interest of 5% per month may be charged on all overdue accounts. All costs incurred in the recovery of overdue accounts will be added to the balance of any outstanding debt including, but not limited to, debt collection charges and legal fees.

• If you require a QR code on your advertisement. it will be your responsibility to guarantee that the QR code supplied links to your website or any page that you have required.

• When viewing your PDF proof, please ensure you are doing this at 100% magnification, as this ensures you are viewing it at an exact size to how it will appear when in print. If viewing this at a smaller or larger magnification, it may appear different to how it will look once printed.

• When receiving an advertisement proof, this means the publication is still a work in progress. Editorial, colours/fonts/layout/page numbers can change at production/editorial discretion leading up to printing.

• Any agreement to contra deals / exclusive promotions, must be mentioned and agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation. Failure to do so could become null/void at The Job Agency Limited t/a Markat discretion.
